We’ve been working so hard, and I’m really glad we were able to get this one, especially on the road, because it was needed. We played like a team.”Caitlin: “I think it just showed our resiliency. We were down by 11 at halftime, but nobody hung their heads. We had a great start to the second half, battled through, and got a good win.”

Caitlin, your shots weren’t falling early, but you managed to impact the game in other ways. How did you keep your teammates motivated when your shots weren’t going in?

Caitlin: “I honestly thought I played a really good game. Some nights the shots are going to fall, and some nights they won’t. I stayed in it, found my open teammates, rebounded well, was active on defense, and made some big shots when we needed them. I’m proud of myself and my team for stepping up and making big plays tonight.”

Aliyah: “The league is in a great place. How about this crowd and this environment? It was absolutely incredible for women’s basketball. We’re so lucky to play in such an amazing atmosphere.
