Tom Brady’s $27 million Miami mansion is facing major renovations, including transforming the garden and patio and adding a pickleball court with other luxury amenities
NFL legend and seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady’s $27 million Miami mansion is undergoing a major transformation. Recent photos showcase his decision to completely rip up the garden and patio, exposing dirt and rubble.
The move was a huge change to the billionaire-ridden community as the lush green areas of the home were previously considered highlights of the Indian Creek village property to viewers of the house. Once fully green, an aerial view shows Brady’s luxurious mansion in a lush, tropical environment, but its center shows signs of ongoing construction or renovation, with exposed soil and construction materials visible.
Before the renovations, Brady’s garden and patio featured meticulously maintained grass that rivaled top-level golf courses and seven lush greenery patches. The area also featured a connecting walkway between buildings, lined with twelve trees that formed elegant double walkways, enhancing the mansion’s aesthetic appeal.
The two-acre property features a modern, minimalist design with multiple interconnected structures. The NFL star purchased it in 2020 with his then-wife, Gisele Bundchen, and the pair divorced in 2022. The property’s buildings have flat, white roofs and extensive use of glass, providing panoramic views and natural Florida sunlight. Brady’s mansion is surrounded by greenery, including numerous palm trees and well-maintained bushes.
Away from the construction, the home’s backyard features a large, rectangular swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs. A private dock indicates that Brady’s property grants him access to Biscayne Bay, the most adjacent body of water.
The house remains under construction but is anticipated to be completed soon. Once finished, the mansion will boast a pickleball court, a state-of-the-art gym, a cozy study, a luxurious spa adjacent to the pool, an outdoor kitchen perfect for grilling, a garden for picking fresh ingredients for al fresco meals, and a motor court with a multi-car garage.
The visible golf course in the background further enhances the area’s upscale nature. Several terraces and balconies offer extensive views of the area’s surrounding homes that have been dubbed “Billionaire’s bunker.” The neighborhood has an impressive roster of high-profile residents, adding to its allure. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos owns not one but two homes in the village, while Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner joined the elite enclave in 2021.
Notable Spanish singer Julio Iglesias has been a long-time resident, and the beats of DJ and producer David Guetta started pulsing through the neighborhood after the Grammy winner moved in 2023.
Even Bundchen, drawn to the area’s charm before her split from Brady, snagged up a $11.5 million home in Surfside, Florida. Her new abode sits just across the water from Brady’s Miami Beach mansion, keeping the former power couple’s residences within sight of each other.
