Tom Brady’s former Miami rental is up for grabs — for a cool $16 million.
The retired Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, 46, previously rented out a corner unit at the luxurious Fendi Chateau building in Miami Beach, PEOPLE confirms.
Property records show the unit was listed for rent for $60,000 per month in the fall of 2022. Brady and supermodel Gisele Bündchen announced their plans to divorce on October 28 of that year. Before their split, the couple had lived in Miami together after purchasing a property on the exclusive Indian Creek Island in 2020 for $17 million.
Now listed for $15.9 million, the NFL star’s former three-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,103 sq. ft. rental boasts sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and direct beach access.
The luxury amenities in the building include a full spa and salon, fitness center and a private restaurant exclusively for the use of the residents.
Mendel Fellig of Compass currently holds the current listing.

Along with this Miami Beach rental and the $17 million home he previously lived in with Bündchen, Brady and his now ex-wife also rented out a 30,000-square-foot mansion in Tampa back in April 2020.
Their landlord was Yankees legend Derek Jeter, who owned the massive waterfront property that locals dubbed “St. Jetersburg” as a nod to nearby St. Petersburg.
They had previously owned a $43 million mansion in Brookline, Massachusetts, when Brady played for the New England Patriots.
