Gisele Bündchen is truly enjoying her single life after dealing with the “bad” moments during her failed marriage to Tom Brady .
The 42-year-old was back on Instagram this week and sharing some stout advice to her millions of followers.
“We all have our fair shares of trials,” Bündchen, wrote in a post to Instagram over the weekend while posting a video of herself riding a bike.
She was also in daisy dukes as well.
“Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow.”
The former Victoria’s Secret angel explained that “nothing is permanent” so it’s important to keep a positive outlook.
“Let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones,” she said. “Every day is a gift!”

At one point in the clip, the former supermodel cruised up closer to the person behind the camera and then spread her leg wide open while flashing a glowing smile.
Back in October, the Brazilian and recently retired QB Tom Brady decided to end their marriage by announcing their divorce.
The former couple and their lawyers were able to hammer out a settlement and come to an agreement on property and child custody and support without any drama, according to TMZ.
The details of their divorce, which was finalized in October, are being kept confidential.
Brady and Bündchen first started dating back in 2006 and quickly became one of the top celebrity power couples. The couple shares two children together while Brady had another with his former girlfriend.
