Jack Brady, the son of retired NFL quarterback Tom Brady, is already almost as tall as his father.
In a recent Instagram story, the elder Brady shared an image that reveals the incredible growth of his 15-year-old son. Having some humor with the post, Brady wrote, “Not Yet Kid!!! I’m Still here,” with laughing and heart emojis.
The elder Brady is listed at 6-foot-4. Men generally stop growing by the age of 18, so it’s likely only a matter of time until Jack is taller than his father.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion had Jack with his ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan. The future Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee also has a son, Benjamin, and a daughter, Vivian, with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen.
In an interview with Vanity Fair earlier this year, Bündchen revealed that Jack would like to follow Tom’s footsteps and attend the University of Michigan. The elder Brady was on the Wolverines’ football roster from 1995 to 1999.
Brady was drafted in the sixth round, 199th overall, by the New England Patriots in 2000. It turned out to be the greatest draft steal in history, as Brady went on to win a record seven Super Bowls (six with New England, one with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers) while also setting the all-time record in completions, passing yards, passing touchdowns and quarterback wins.
Will Jack one day follow his dad’s footsteps and try to turn professional in football? Only time will tell, but the athletic family genetics are definitely there.
