Tom Brady and Gisele are no more. Court records show that both Bündchen and Brady, who did not contest the filing, called their marriage “irretrievably broken.”

The news came down less than 24 hours after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost their third consecutive game. It also came after weeks of divorce lawyers working to finalize the couple’s split.

Before they could come to that decision, they had to come together for their children.

According to documents obtained by Page Six, both Tom Brady and Gisele took and completed a “Parent Education and Family Stabilization” course before their divorce was finalized last Friday.

The report adds that this is part of the divorce process as this course is required by law for parents who have minor children and are seeking a separation or divorce.

“Per Florida law, separating and divorcing parents must take this course as it’s designed to educate, train, and assist parents in regards to the impact divorce can have on parents and children,” Page Six wrote.

The course may have been required but Gisele and Brady have made it quite clear that their children are important to both of them.

Following the filing, Brady called the split “very amicable” during an episode of his weekly Let’s Go! podcast, adding that he was now focused on two things: “taking care of my family, and certainly my children, and, secondly, doing the best job I can to win football games. That’s what professionals do.”

A few days after his divorce was officially announced, Brady was out with his kids for Halloween.
