The new ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II’ was released earlier this week, and many around the world were excited to give the new game a try, including Patrick Mahomes.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback took to Twitter to set up a game with his teammates on the eve of the game’s release.
This, of course, comes on the heals of Chiefs wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster claiming that he and his teammates on offense have used ‘Call Of Duty’ to help them build chemistry, leading to their 5-2 start to the season.
Juju, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and some of the other Chiefs were clearly looking forward to getting in some multiplayer action Thursday night…
…But one person who didn’t seem all that excited about the new ‘Modern Warfare II’ release was Patrick’s wife, Brittany Mahomes.
She took to twitter and had some simple warning for Patty:
The thought of Brittany Mahomes leaving Patrick over his Call Of Duty obsession didn’t seem to sit well with the Twitterverse. They immediately jumped all over Brittany for even suggesting she’d ever leave Mahomes:
The Chiefs are currently on the bye following their week 7 victory over the San Francisco 49ers. Up next is a Sunday night battle at home against the Tennessee Titans in week 9.
