Tom Brady will have no shortage of suitors in free agency as he weighs up where he wants to play next season, or whether he wants to play at all.
The veteran quarterback did not have a great 2022/23 but still commands respect around the league and there will be many teams looking to convince him to join them once it’s confirmed that he won’t retire.
According to MLFootball, the 45-year-old signed a lease to rent a luxury apartment next to Miami Beach before the playoffs started. The pad is said to go for over $70K a month.
Whether this is indicative of where Brady wants to land remains to be seen. But he has been linked with the Miami Dolphins. The team has a QB situation on their hands, given the struggles involving Tua Tagovailoa.
Tua is finally playing like the QB the Dolphins drafted but that’s coincided with two concussions, which is, of course, very worrying.
Brady is also friends with Bruce Beal, a limited Dolphins owner, something which has already fueled speculation.
Should the QB decide to give it another go this year, it’s unlikely to be with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But we’ll just have to wait on more.
