There’s a lot going on here, so let’s break down this drama. But of course, before we go any further, make sure first that you subscribe to our channel and hit that notification bell for more updates and videos like this.

Now, let’s get going! In the vast realm of the entertainment industry, Joe Rogan strategically leverages Katt Williams’ name to shed light on the industry’s most prominent figures and to provoke contemplation about the potential monopolistic nature of the entertainment business.

Williams, with his penchant for controversial statements, becomes a catalyst for discussions that some perceive as an indication of Rogan’s alignment with the speculations.

Notably, Williams implicates influential figures like Kevin Hart and Steve Harvey, suggesting that their success in the industry may have been orchestrated by higher powers.

Katt Williams beef with comedians

Let’s start 2024 with love, peace, and a Katt Williams special show! The famous comedian opened a can of worms during an interview with Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast on January 3. The year is just starting and Katt is already out there collecting comedians’ and celebrities’ heads. Here are some of the most sensational Katt Williams beef throughout his career.

11. Dave Chappelle

Did any of you remember that there was a time when Dave Chappelle and Katt Williams broke the internet with an all-out war? Many years ago, when Twitter (now X) was just starting, Chappelle found out that there was already an account that held his name. The beloved stand-up comedian went along with it and thought it was fun until the fake account went ballistic and tried dissing some of his friends, including Katt Williams.

To no one’s surprise, Williams responded online and talked back to the fake Chappelle account. The latter apologized to the former for talking smack about him on Twitter, but Katt Williams denied having a Twitter account. Apparently, there was a fake Dave Chappelle and a fake Katt Williams who were having a back-and-forth online altercation. Oddly enough, there was already a Twitter war between the two comedians. Even though this beef was already squashed and both celebrities just laughed it off every time this topic resurfaced, it was a shocking scene on the internet at the time.

10. Joe Rogan

One of the casualties of the Katt Williams’ exposé was UFC commentator and comedian, Joe Rogan. According to Williams, he was never invited to Rogan’s podcast and claims that the podcaster likes to have the presence of comedians who were never funny.

However, Rogan responded positively and even asked Williams if he was willing to be on his podcast. Sounds like the beef between them was over even before it started. Anyway, Katt’s point is that he was one of the entertainers who gets ridiculed by the mainstream media, and gives props to Shannon Sharpe for giving him the spotlight.

9. Wanda Smith and Tiffany Haddish

If you think Katt Williams is only dissing black men, then you’re probably wrong. Back in 2018, during an interview with Wanda Smith’s Frank and Wanda in the Morning show, the Los Angeles-based comic gave his honest thoughts about the famous Tiffany Haddish. In his own words, Williams said: “They like her (Haddish) because she wants to sleep with a white man”. Indeed, it was a bold statement considering that Haddish was married to a white guy.

In that same episode, Williams roasted the host, Wanda Smith, after being disrespected multiple times. Let’s just say never talk trash to a genius comedian.

Even up to this day, Williams still believes Haddish’s success was just a fluke. Both personalities haven’t settled their beef because Tiffany is still out there clapping back at Williams. Unfortunately, most of her fans believe it’s not doing her any good.

8. Tyler Perry/Wesley Snipes/Martin Lawrence/Chris Tucker/Ricky Smiley

If there’s one thing you should know about Katt Williams, it’s that the famous comic has always stood by his principles. He was a movie star in the late ‘90s and early 2000s before the likes of Kevin Hart (and other samples please) became the staple for comedy projects today. The thing that probably kept Williams from making more movies during his heyday was that he never wanted to be emasculated by putting on a dress. There’s already a long list of guys who’ve done cross-dressing to star in films, but Katt did not want to be a part of that.

Some of the most popular names who have once portrayed themselves as a woman were Tyler Perry (A Madea Franchise), Martin Lawrence (Big Momma’s House), Rickey Smiley (First Sunday), and even Wesley Snipes, who portrayed Noxeema Jackson in “To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar”. Snipes’ role was supposed to be played by Williams, but the comedian declined because, again, he does not and will never wear a dress.

Williams went on to reveal that a black comedian putting on a dress in a movie was the stepping stone for the actor to reach greater heights in Hollywood. According to Katt, it’s like selling one’s soul to become famous. Hearing this from Katt, it definitely sounds dark.

On the other hand, Williams was convinced Chris Tucker was connected to the late Jeffrey Epstein and that the Rush Hour actor visited the infamous Epstein Island.

“And the Chris Tucker that we got now is ‘Epstein Island’ Chris Tucker, not Smokey,” Williams said.

7. Michael Blackson/Faizon Love

Williams humbly admits that there are numerous comedians who are far better than him in the industry. He even gave mad love to the late Bernie Mac, who he believes is the King of Comedy. However, the tactless comedian didn’t hold back as he threw some shade at some fellow comedians like Wild ‘N Out’s Michael Blackson and Faizon Love.

It’s truly remarkable how Williams hates these two comedians. Just by looking at his body language (and of course, his comments), you’d probably know that Williams despises Blackson and that he already hates the alleged fake African accent.

6. Will Smith and Chris Rock

In 2022, the Will Smith and Chris Rock fiasco at the Oscars became one of the most unforgettable scenes on live television. After the sensational “slap”, Katt Williams reacted and gave his thoughts about the matter, but it wasn’t what people were expecting. Katt, in his usual self, commented that it was just all for show and the slap was actually scripted to get more viewership.
