She’s managed to maintain her nearly ageless appearance partially thanks to an extreme exercise regiment.
And Jennifer Lopez didn’t let up at all on Friday when she shared some steamy selfies from her home gym in Miami.
The 50-year-old Hustlers star showcased her fit figure and prominent muscles as she worked to stay in shape while quarantining with her fiancé Alex Rodriguez, 44, and their children.

Jennifer was already glowing from her workout in the mirror selfies.
She wore a camouflage Niyama Sol sports bra that revealed her chiseled abs and her strong biceps.
The 5ft5in actress had on a matching pair of camo leggings with strap-on trainers, and she piled her brunette tresses into a messy updo to reveal her gold hoop earrings.
‘If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you…’ she wrote in her caption, along with the hashtag ‘#CamoFriday.’

Food maestro: In order to stay in such great shape at 50, Jennifer has to carefully monitor her diet and focus on lean and nutritious foods, which she does with the assistance of her personal chef Kelvin Fernandez
Strange tastes: Fernandez revealed that J-Lo isn’t crazy about fruit, even though her children love berries, and she doesn’t care for ‘the texture and the taste of salmon’
In order to stay in such great shape at age 50, Jennifer also has to carefully monitor her diet and focus on lean and nutritious foods, which she does with the assistance of her personal chef Kelvin Fernandez.
Fernandez revealed some of her food quirks in an interview with Us Weekly earlier this week.
Though her twins Emme and Alex, 12, both love fresh berries and keep them stocked in the fridge, he revealed that Jennifer isn’t much of a fruit fan.
Nor is she crazy about salmon.
‘If I’m cooking salmon for the [table], I always got to do a sea bass or a halibut or cod for Jennifer because she’s just not a fan of the texture and the taste of salmon,’ Fernandez revealed.
Gushing: The Out Of Sight star revealed her daughter Emme had written a children’s book called Lord Help Me, inspired by her own experience with prayer
Charity work: ‘I wrote this book to help raise money to save sloths while also teaching other children how we can pray and ask for help, two things that bring me a lot of comfort,’ Emme wrote in a press release
Jennifer was focused on herself Friday, but earlier this week she couldn’t help but gush about her daughter Emme’s accomplishments.
The Out Of Sight actress had previously revealed that her daughter had pitched a children’s book, but she was able to share the final cover and release date on Wednesday, along with some cute photos of Emme, whom she shares with her ex-husband Mark Anthony, 51.
The cover, illustrated by Brenda Figueroa, shows a cartoon version of Emme kneeling at the edge of her bed saying evening prayers alongside a cartoon sloth sidekick.
A press release for Crown Books for Young Readers revealed that the book was inspired by Emme’s own experiences with prayer.
‘In school, I learned about sloths and how they’re facing extinction so I began to pray for them in my nightly prayers,’ she said in the release.
‘I wrote this book to help raise money to save sloths while also teaching other children how we can pray and ask for help, two things that bring me a lot of comfort.’
Since the start of coronavirus lockdowns, Jennifer has been spending time with her fiancé Alex at their home in Miami.
In addition to Jennifer’s daughters from her previous marriage, they’ve been living with his daughters Natasha, 15, and Ella, 12, from his marriage to Cynthia Scurtis.
Jennifer and her MLB superstar husband had originally planned to marry this summer in Italy, but a source revealed to E! News earlier this month that the couple decided to postpone their nuptials indefinitely until it would be safe enough to have a large gathering.
