It turns out that a lot goes into maintain the On The Floor singer’s lean body and glowing complexion, and it involves cutting out some popular food and drink items.

She avoids drinking these two things
Bad news for those who need their morning coffee to get through the day, but this is banned in the J Lo household.
She not only avoids caffeine, but also alcohol, which explains her flawless skin.
She told UsWeekly: “I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine.”
According to dermatologist Jill Waibel, alcohol definitely has a negative impact on your skin.
She told Women’s Health: “The consumption of alcohol is one of the most common triggers for rosacea flare-ups, causing skin to be inflamed, red, and sensitive.”
If Jennifer does give herself a coffee as a treat, she opts for a decaf.
Jennifer has a trick for beating cravings
When we feel hungry, it can be hard to stick to being healthy, and J-Lo has a trick for keeping hunger pangs at bay.
She told Hello!: “Protein is my go-to. It fills me up and keeps me full longer.”
Often she will kick start her day with a protein shake that contains whey powder, and also have some berries, yogurt, and honey for breakfast.
She has one rule when it comes to her skin
J Lo said that she avoids sun-worshipping at all costs and this helps to keep her skin look so young.

J Lo’s health regime starts on the plate, and she opts for nearly everything being organic.
For lunch, a typical meal will involve a salmon salad, or broccoli, peppers, and courgette drizzled with vinaigrette.
Dinner time consists of a protein-based dish with quinoa or baked yams.
She told UsWeekly: “I like pork and chicken, especially Puerto Rican style!”
She doesn’t stick to the some gym routine
Having Jenny from the block’s body doesn’t come easy or cheap, and the star works out with personal trainers.
In LA she goes to celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who has worked with the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, and in New York she sees David Kirsch.
Both trainers bring something different to the table, with Tracy calling their workouts a “freestyle”.
With Tracy she will do small arm weights, and work on her famous derriere, and also abs and thighs.
Meanwhile with David she does planks, push-ups, and boxing.
