And on Tuesday the 52-year-old multihyphenate appeared on Instagram to share new behind-the-scenes photos from her New York Times interview spread.
The pictures show the entertainer flaunting her sculpted figure in a cutout bra and skirt that falls off her hips by Grace Ling.

Taking to the photo-sharing app’s Stories, the mom-of-two stunned in the black top, which boasted a plunging neckline.
The corresponding skirt was precisely cut, falling over the movie star’s curves in expert arrangement.
Made from stretchy and comfortable jersey material, the piece dropped low at the hips and offered thin straps that tied behind the neck.
The most notable characteristic of the skirt was the ‘sculptural square lower back plate’ which joined with the straps to mimic a thong.

In one shot JLo added a cropped leather blazer by the brand.
Jennifer proudly showed off her fit frame, which is chiseled from years of performing intricate dance routines and a disciplined gym schedule.
The Bronx native’s honey blonde locks were parted at the center and pulled back into a loose but structured low bun.
Long pieces at the front were left out to frame her face, which was expertly made up to bring out her natural beauty.

The romantic comedy Marry Me is slated to come out on February 11, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Jennifer plays an internationally famous singer who has to deal with a public love life, which mirrors her own reality.
In her interview she told the the New York Times that she and her Marry Me character are very similar as they have a ‘very specific life.’

Lopez shared that she is into the work, not the celebrity of it all: ‘You really just want to sing and dance and act.
‘This whole other thing comes along with it that you have to learn how to navigate — having that public life, this artistic life and then your private life.’
And she said at the end of the day, she just wants to be normal.
‘What you want is just a regular life, like anybody else,’ she said with a pause. ‘All of it is put under scrutiny.’
