It’s really over.
On Friday morning, TMZ reported that Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen would be filing divorce documents.
“Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have reached a settlement ending their marriage, and divorce documents will be formally filed today … sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.
Our sources say lawyers for both Gisele and Tom have been working with a mediator to hammer out both property settlement and custody, and we’re told they have come to terms.
Our sources say the divorce document will be short … the terms of the settlement will remain confidential and sealed.”
Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have been together since December 2006. Reports of tension and unrest between Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen have been circulating since his decision to un-retire from the NFL
The couple would both hire divorce lawyers earlier this month, Brady doing it only after she obtained hers first. It was reported earlier this that Bündchen gave her husband an ultimatum that threatened to end their marriage.
“Gisele told Tom either he leaves football to spend time with the family or she is gone for good,” a source told Us Weekly on Thursday.
“She doesn’t want him to continue to get injured and not be able to enjoy life in the future. She is doing it for her family.”
The ultimatum must’ve meant immediately and not after the season because clearly things have not gotten better.
Brady shares children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, with Bündchen and also has an older son, Jack, 15, with ex Bridget Moynahan.
