A pair of Boston radio hosts believe Tom Brady will make a seamless transition into the broadcast booth and make NFL fans completely forget about current FOX Sports No.1 analyst Greg Olsen.
Andy Gresh and Christian Fauria, who work for Boston’s WEEI, believe that Brady will surpass Olsen when he takes over the top analyst spot for FOX next season.
The pair debated how Brady will do and compared him to Olsen, with ex-NFL player Fauria saying that he’ll take to it like a fish to water.
‘America’s gonna like him,’ Fauria said. ‘They’re going to love him No. 1, just because he is Tom Brady.’
‘What I disagree with is what Terry Bradshaw said, that everyone is going to love him. I don’t think so at all.

‘I think the love affair right now is Greg Olsen. The accolades and the praise is going to Greg Olsen … no one can stop praising him. He’s likable, he’s lovable.’
‘I don’t think so at all,’ Gresh said. ‘Greg Olsen is a nice broadcaster, he’s good at the role, but c’mon now, it’s Tom Brady we are talking about.’
Gresh continued saying that Brady has been dedicating himself to preparing for the upcoming job: ‘I think he is going to be really good at this.’
Fauria said that while he didn’t think Brady would be bad at the job, he believes viewers are ‘going to be resistant and he is going to have to win them over’.
This led to Gresh praising Brady further, seemingly taking a dig at Olsen in the process: ‘He is going to be better than (Tony) Romo right away and people will quickly forget about Greg Olsen. Again, it’s Tom Brady. Plus, he’s beautiful.’
