Bill Belichick’s latest media venture: Though he won’t be pacing NFL sidelines this fall for the first time in decades, Bill Belichick is apparently intent on keeping very busy with a plethora of media roles.

The latest announcement came from Sirius XM on Monday, with Belichick revealed as the new co-host of the “Let’s Go!” podcast alongside broadcaster Jim Gray. Belichick will replace the role filled previously by Tom Brady, who is departing to focus on his new TV commentator job for Fox.

According to the Sirius announcement, Brady recommended his old boss as his replacement to go alongside Gray.

“I thank Tom for recommending me. When the opportunity was presented by Jim I said, ‘Let’s Go,’” said Belichick via the announcement.

Though he will no longer be a host, Brady will continue to make guest appearances.

“For 20 years I threw the ball for Coach Belichick. Now I am passing the microphone to him on ‘Let’s Go!’” said Brady. “I will be listening every week as I know Bill and Jim will have lots of great conversations, and I’m looking forward to my guest appearances and joining them during the season.”

Belichick will be joined by Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby and longtime sportswriter Peter King as co-hosts with Gray.

In addition to his role with Sirius, Belichick already has media gigs lined up with “The Pat McAfee Show,” CW’s “Inside the NFL,” a recurring spot on the “Manningcast” on Monday Night Football, and a weekly podcast of his own with Underdog Fantasy called “Coach, with Bill Belichick.”
