Antonio Brown not only doesn’t care about his career in the NFL, but he continues to show that he is done with his friendship with Tom Brady.
Earlier this month, Brown shared a photo of him hugging Brady’s wife, Gisele Bündchen, on the same day reports emerged they are getting divorced. He captioned the photo “Put that Shit On” – which is the name of his new rap song.
Despite his marriage being a very serious and heartbreaking situation, Brown decided to take a shot at his marriage again by posting a photoshopped picture of his head on Brady’s body while Gisele hugs him from behind.
Brown and Brady were once friends. Brady vouched for the wide receiver to help land him contracts with the New England Patriots and later the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His behavior got him kicked off the Pats while he stayed good enough to win a Super Bowl with him in Tampa.
However, he would infamously strip and run off the MetLife Stadium field in January and get cut by the Bucs. In January, Brown suggested to reporters that Brady was only his friend because the quarterback needed him to win games.
“Tom Brady is my friend – why? Because I’m a good football player,” he said. “He needs me to play football, right? These guys called me to win a Super Bowl.”
Page Six reported this month that Brady and Bündchen, who have been married since 2009, have both retained divorce lawyers. The couple has been living apart for several months following a fight over Brady’s shocked decision to un-retire from the NFL, according to Page Six.
