When the Super Bowl comes around and you have no rooting interest in the game because of the lack of talent on your own squad, you will likely find a reason to root for one of the teams in the biggest games of the year.
For Daniel Radcliffe, he has a pretty solid reason for rooting against the New England Patriots and it has everything to do with Tom Brady. I know what you’re thinking, he must be a fan of rival team or he dislikes the Pats because of cheating accusations. Nope!
The Harry Potter actor wants the Patriots to lose because Tom Brady was shown to have a “MAGA” in his locker and he’s a trump supporter.
“Take that MAGA hat out your locker,” Radcliffe quipped after explaining that though Brady shouldn’t retire, he should “stop winning things.”
“I feel like that was the moment when we were like, as a country, ‘Oh, c’mon, dude, we all want to be behind you, you’re awesome, don’t put that in there.’”
